Great Locomotive Chase Reenactment

Chris McChesney sent me these photos from the NCRR Great Locomotive Chase reenactment. He and Gary White went to see the event. The weather was cloudy, and the photo line unruly, but he still managed to get these two great shots. Thanks for sending them. I have not yet visited this wonderful site. I am deep into work on the book. It is coming along great. I hope you all like it.

    Yes, I have a number of shots where another railfan stepped in front of me when I was trying to take a shot. At least 3 times I had to ask folks to kindly move out of a staged shot. Was it fun? Yup, but taking photos was at times stressful. In spite of this, thanks to the wonders of digital, I got some good shots.
